  1. Recent study shows pts care more about personality, relationship than outcomes in assessing HCP. Agree/disagree? Why/not?
  2. In your opinion, what would better improve the quality of care – reporting on outcomes; or reporting on costs? Why?
  3. What happens when a pt is more informed about their condition than their care team? How does that change the relationship?
