    1. Knowing a potential public health crisis is forthcoming (weather or epidemic for example), how can SM be used?
    2. In a crisis, how can HC orgs interface w/ other orgs, distribute info to public? How do you prevent misinfo, rumors from spreading?
    3. Not everyone is HCSM savvy. What 1 thing do you wish general public knew regarding SM & info sharing/finding during crises?
