    1. Patients are asked about existing medications, but should they be asked about what information they’re using & where they get it from? Should health care providers or patients start this conversation?
    2. How could HCPs be reimbursed for electronic communication – which could be EMR use, email, SM… or, per T1, information review?
    3. How has the concept of ‘patient relations’ changed in health care with the rising prominence and evolution of social media? Or has it? What about customer service in HC – has it changed?
