  1. Super Bowl Sunday – do more people watch for ads or for the game? Do orgs miss the mark by attempting to target such a broad audience? How can we use targeted HCSM to reach the right audiences w/ health info? How do you determine your right audience?
  2. Heart month, Super Bowl Sunday, etc. How can orgs & those in HC take advantage of public interests like these w/ HCSM?
  3. What is the ‘cost’ of HCSM? For patient, providers, organizations? Direct vs. indirect costs? Discuss!
